PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject pharmaceutical preparation, good in absorption rate and having slighter irritation by mixing a powder of an absorbent resin with an active peptide having pharmacodynamic effects. SOLUTION: This pharamaceutical preparation is obtained by mixing (A) a powder of an absorbent resin with (B) at active peptide having pharmacodynamic effects on condition that the ingredients A and B and the resultant mixture are in a dry state before or after mixing thereof. the ingredient A is preferably a nonpolar absorbent resin, especially a styrene- divinybenzene copolymer and the powder has preferably 100-10μm average particle diameter. The ingredient B is preferably insulin, glucagon, calcitonin, etc., and particle diameter thereof is preferably 10-0.001μm.
