PURPOSE:To reasonably perform the continuous annealing of thin steel strip by a procedure in which cold-rolled thin steel strips subjected to a soaking treatment, a primary cooling with boiling water, a reheating treatment, an overaging treatment in a non-reductive atmosphere, a secondary cooling treatment, an acid pickling treatment, and then a surface regulation treatment in order. CONSTITUTION:A cold-rolled thin steel strip is preheated in the primary preheating zone 3 and the secondary preheating zone 4, heated quickly in a quick heating zone 5, and then soaked for a given period of time at more than a recrystallization temperature in a soaking process 6 of a reductive atmosphere. Then, the steel strip is subjected to primary quenching treatment at 80-150 deg.C at a cooling rate of 35- 250 deg.C/sec in a boiling water tank 7, a reheating treatment at 300-500 deg.C in a heating furnace 8 of any atmosphere, and then an overaging treatment for a given period of time in an overaging treatment process 9 of a non-reductive atmosphere. Afterwards, the steel strip is soon sent to a mist-cooling equipment 10 for secondary quenching and then to an acid pickling process 11 for removing oxide film. Then, the steel strip is passed through a surface regulation process involving water washing 12, neutralization 13, and water washing 14 to complete all processes. |
