The invention relates to a new dentifrice, preferably in the form of a toothpaste or a mouthwash, comprising an effective amount of a triglyceride as well as conventional additives, and wherein the amount of triglyceride ranges between 0.1 and 20 wt.%, preferably between 7.5 and 12.5 wt.%.
