<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a structure from weathering and wearing by a method wherein the structure is not exposed to the outside environments of wind, rain, and dust, set-up work of a sheet material is easy, and storing, removing, and repairing works of it arc easy. SOLUTION: On the outside of a structure, a plurality of or one heat- shrinkable synthetic resin sheet material 2 is stretched so as to cover the outer periphery of it. A joint of the synthetic resin sheet material 2 is adhered by an adhesive tape 4 consisting of a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin and heat is applied to the vicinity of the adhesive tape. Thus, the vicinity of the joint 3 of the adhesive tape 4 and the synthetic resin sheet material 2 is shrunk with heat or the whole of the synthetic resin sheet material 2 is heated so as to shrink the whole of the synthetic resin sheet 2 with heat, so that the structure 1 is maintained.</p> |
