PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rotation fluctuation of a pulley and to prevent the occurrence of the slip of a belt. SOLUTION: A pulley 2 comprises a hub 3 fixed on a rotary shaft 1: an outer wheel 4 which is disposed at the outer periphery of the hub 3 and around which a belt 10 is run; and a one-way clutch 5 located between the hub 3 and the outer wheel 4. The cam surface for forming a wedge-form space of the one-way clutch 5 is formed on the inside diameter side. This constitution switches the one-way clutch 5 into a free state and a lock state along with the rotation fluctuation of the hub 3 rotated integrally with the rotary shaft 1, and damps transmission of a rotation fluctuation from the hub 3 to the outer wheel 4. Further, the one-way clutch 5 is stably functioned without being influenced by a rotary centrifugal force. |
