<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chattering due to a bounce, which is caused when an actuator constituting a detecting device returns to its waiting position to abut on a positioning part. SOLUTION: An actuator 1 is prepared, the tip end of which is situated in a carrying passage on which moving objects such as sheets run and which can be rotated by a revolving shaft 2 so as to be oscillated accompanying the movement of the moving object. A slit lever 3, in which a slit 4 is formed, is interposed in a space part 10a of an optical sensor 10 situated at the lower part of the actuator 1, thereby constituting a detecting device. The slit lever 3 is provided with an energizing member 5, which returns the actuator 1 to its waiting position, and the abutting surface P of the energizing member 5, which abuts on the outer sheath 11 of the optical sensor 10, is tilted. At this time, the component force E for repelling the actuator 1 according to the resliency D in the vertical direction, which is caused when the abutting surface P abuts on the outer sheath 11, is smaller than the resliency D. Therefore, the quantity of rebound of the actuator 1 becomes small, thereby avoiding the chattering.</p> |
