PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface panel which is usable without miniaturizing a light source, makes the shape of the light source invisible through transmission parts and makes it possible to emit light in the many transmission parts with a smaller number of the light sources and a process for producing the panel. SOLUTION: This display panel 1 is provided with a transfer layer 3 on the front surface and, if necessary, aperture flanks, of a resin panel base 2 and of which the panel base 2 and the transfer layer 3 have the transmission parts 5 for the light from the light source 4 arranged on the rear surface. The panel base 2 has dike-like waveguides 6 to introduce the light from the light source 4 arranged at the point exclusive of the transmission parts 5 to the rear surfaces of the transmission parts 5. |
