PURPOSE:To increase the time of trailing edge of a drive current, by constituting a protection circuit for a generator with a capacitor and a diode. CONSTITUTION:In a drive circuit flowing a drive current to a magnetic bubble generator 1, one end of a bubble generator 1 is connected to a drive power supply U and another end is connected to a transistor switch 3 via a resistor 2 basically and is driven with a transistor (TR) switch driving circuit 4. As a bubble generator protection circuit of this driving circuit, a circuit consisting of a capacitor 5, diode 10 and resistor 6 is formed. This circuit is not affected at normal operation, and even if the on-state of the TR switch 3 is consecutive mistakenly, the disconnection of the generator 1 is prevented. A circuit consisting of a diode 9, resistor 7 and capacitor 8 prevents the under-shoot of the generator current. |
