This invention relates to use of cephalosporin derivatives having the following general formula, their esters that can be hydrolysed easily, salts of the mentioned compounds that are suitable for pharmaceutical usage and the compounds having the formula I and their esters and pharmaceutical compounds that contain these compounds in the treatment of infectious diseases.
