PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealability and operability in a writing instrument without cap such as a felt-tip pen or a marker. SOLUTION: In the writing instrument without cap in which a sealing cylinder 2 having a sealing cover 3d is disposed in an end inner hole of a barrel 1 having an end port, a refill 7 is disposed lockably to a longitudinal position to the barrel from a rear inner hole of the barrel, at the time of retracting the refill, the cover 3d is pressed to seal an opening 3c, a nib 10a of the refill is brought into close contact with the cylinder 2, and at the tie of forwarding the refill, and the nib can be projected from the end port of the barrel, the cylinder 2 is formed with front and rear end cylinders 3, 5 fixed to the end inner hole of the barrel, and a flexible part 4 such as a cylindrical cornice integrally between the front and rear end cylinders 3 and 5. A sealing cover 3d for sealing the opening is provided by connecting it from one side of an end of the cylinder 3, end outer periphery of the refill is closely engaged with the inner surface of the cylinder 5, and locked therebetween. |
