PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transporting efficiency of a parts feeding device, so as to improve the productivity by providing a springing-out preventing means which is positioned on a tray and prevents parts from springing out of a tray when a tray pallet is driven. SOLUTION: A pneumatic robot hand 25 clamps a tray pallet 2 and drawn pit the pallet 2 from a tray magazine 7. As the robot hand 25 draws out the pallet 2, parts 6 put on a tray 1 are moved and gradually accelerated. However, since a springing-out preventing member 31 provided immediately above the moving parts 6 prevents the springing-out and floating of the parts 6, the parts 6 do not spring out of the tray 1 even when acceleration, vibrations, etc., are applied to the parts 6, while the pallet 2 is being transported. Therefore, the transporting efficiency of a parts feeding device can be improved, and the productivity can be improved by transporting the pallet 2 at a high speed, because the transporting speed of the pallet 2 can be increased. |
