PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support preparation and elaboration more flexibly corresponding to the intention of a writer by analyzing the adequacy of the expression of a 1st input document written in a natural language by using a 2nd reference document or partial document and generating information for supporting the preparation and elaboration of the 1st document. SOLUTION: A preparation and elaboration support control part 104 prompts a document prepares to input a document which is being prepared. When the prepared and elaborated document and a reference document are inputted, a document analysis part 105 analyzes the prepared and elaborated document and the reference document. The expressions of respective constituent parts are analyzed by referring to information of a dictionary 109, independent word expression data 110 and adjunct expression data 110 for judging the adequacy of adjunct word expression, and the analytic result is stored in a document analytic result holding part 106 together with information on a document kind indicating the reference document or prepared and elaborated document. Namely, the adequacy of the expression of the 1st document which is inputted and written in the natural language is analyzed by the 2nd reference document or partial document to generate the information for supporting the preparation and elaboration of the document. |
