<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cost of the device itself and improve the display luminance and visual field angle. SOLUTION: The display panel A of a liquid crystal display pat 10 and the display panel B of a touch switch part 20 are formed of one film 101a made of PET(polyethylene terephtalate), etc., and the liquid crystal display part 10 and touch switch part 20 are constituted across a seal material 115. The liquid crystal display part 10 has liquid crystal 117 injected into the space formed of films 101a and 101b and the sealant 115 and also has spacers 112 scattered so as to make the cell gap constant. The touch switch part 20 has spacers 212 for a touch switch scattered and arranged at the touch switch in the space formed of the films 101a and 101b and sealant 115, and transparent electrodes 211a and 211b are formed of ITO(indium tin oxide) electrodes on the films 101a and 101b.</p> |
