<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which prevents a transparent electrode from being damaged or broken. SOLUTION: A plastic film 2 provided with a wire for applying a voltage to a 1st transparent electrode 4 and a 1st wire part 6 from outside is used as an upper electrode and a glass plate 3 which applies a voltage to a 2nd transparent electrode 5 and a 2nd wire part 7 from outside is used as a lower electrode; and an insulating layer 8 is provided between the 1st and 2nd wire parts 6 and 7 and such a protection sheet 10 that the upper electrode is below an elastic curvature limit is provided. Specially, the protection sheet 10 is provided covering the plastic film 2 except an effective area which can be detected as touch input position coordinates.</p> |
