<p>This invention is aimed for production of articles and subjects being in a direct contact with a human epidermis, jewels, watch, spectacles, and so on. Absolutely pure metals, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium. etc. create alloy with zinc, copper, nickel, aluminium, chromium with an optimal purity, where usually no additive of cadmium, lead, mercury, bismuth, antimony, cobalt, whereby all of the processing is provided so that, air is excluded, in the protective atmosphere created by acetylene or methane containing no water, which is not burned with the use of pure oxygen completely and no aggressive compounds are present, acids and salts as for instance. The equipment, described in this patent, consists of the movable table (61) prepared for moving of the cold subjects to be processed (66) through the heating channel (63) in a counterblow direction related to heating or protective gas. The cooling channel (68) is a direct subsequent component located after the heating channel (63) and this cooling channel are used exhaust gases coming from heating channel (68) and they are playing role of protective and cooling gas when the cooling is active, while the object or subject (66) advance through the cooling channel is parallel to the flow of cooling and protective gas.</p> |
