PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter member for a vent hole which can be attached in a relatively simple manner. SOLUTION: In a filter member for a vent hole in which a wide nonwoven fabric 13 is cut in accordance with the angular vent hole 12 of a range hood 11 or a ventilation fan, and the periphery of the cut fabric is fixed provisionally to the vent hole 12, a unidirectionally nonexpandable nonwoven fabric is used as the nonwoven fabric 13. In this way, the cutting of the nonwoven fabric 13 is made very simple, and the fabric 13 can be attached to the vent hole 12 easily and has a merit that it can be used even when cut slightly too short if in the expandable direction. |
