PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hematopoietic stem cell-like undifferentiated cell strain by using a bone marrow stromal cell strain originating from mammalian bone marrow in which a gene of temperature-sensitive mutant SV 40 large T antibody is introduced, obtain a variety of factors and antibodies from this cell strain and obtain a kit which judges the differentiation steps of hematopoietic cells. SOLUTION: A hematopoietic stem cell-like undifferentiated cell strain having Lin<-> , Sca-1<+> and C-Kit<+> as cell differentiation makers is obtained by using a bone marrow stromal cell strain originating from mammalian bone marrow in which a gene of temperature-sensitive mutant SV 40 large T antibody is introduced. Instead of bone marrow stromal cell strain, an immortalized bone marrow stromal cell strain is used to obtain an immortalized hematopoietic stem cell-like undifferentiated cell strain having Lin<-> , Sea-1<+> and C-Kit<+> as cell differentiation markers. |
