PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correspond to changing of a wind pressure, suppress remarkable increase of a rotational speed, perform protection from mechanical/ electrical damage, and use in reduction of a cost of installation and maintenance and propagation, by providing a constitution by balance of a built-in spring and the wind pressure, in such a manner that when the wind pressure is within a preset value, a windmill rotates at a blade angle matched with this wind pressure, when the wind pressure exceeds the preset pressure, the blade angle is placed near 0 degree in a direction of the wind pressure, and when the wind pressure is decreased, an angle corresponding to this wind pressure is generated. SOLUTION: An angle shaft 1-2 is provided in a blade, in this angle shaft, a torsion spring 1-5 is provided, by balance of a wind pressure received by the blade and a pressure of the spring, an angle of the blade is automatically adjusted, in an excessive wind pressure, it is automatically avoided, but when the wind pressure is decreased, an automatically resetting structure is provided, a generator is directly connected and an appearance is formed like an airplane. |
