PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sponsor to omit a table collation procedure needed for charging his value-added service by producing the individual charge record for each call by means of a call charge parameter that can be updated by the sponsor almost in real time. SOLUTION: A system, applying a charging method for the value-added calls, includes an LEC(local exchange carrier) 101 and a CSN(carrier switching network) 100. The LCE 101 enables a central office 103 to call other offices in a network, and the CSN 100 enables the office 103 to access the value-added service offered by a sponsor (seller), via such a device as a connected PBX (private branch exchange), etc. The CSN 100 includes an ACP(action point) 130, a charging system 140, an NCP(network control point) 180, etc.
