PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric point machine which can transmit large torque to a reduction gear driving system by a magnetic coupling and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped permanent magnet 132 is fitted into the outer circumference of ring-shaped steel plates 133a, 133b having on the inner circumference a large number of teeth, and all the tip parts of teeth on the inner circumference of a first power transmission member 130 are magnetically polarized. In a second power transmission member 140, a ring-shaped permanent magnet 142 is fitted into the inside of a ring-shaped steel plate 141 having an outer circumference provided with a large number of teeth located in the vicinity of and opposite to the teeth of the first power transmission member 130, and all the tip parts of the teeth are magnetically polarized. Because a large number of magnetic poles are formed by the permanent magnets 132, 142 through the ring steel plates 133a, 133b, 141 having the teeth, manufacture becomes easy, and magnetic coupling by coupling magnets with each other can transmit large torque, and transmission of driving force by a large number of magnetic poles reduces pulsation, and vibration and noise.
