PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform theft-prevention only through drive of an operation panel such that the panel is turned over. SOLUTION: A control panel 5 is arranged in front of an on-vehicle audio apparatus body and moved as an axle 5a is rotated as a rotation axis. Transfer is effected between a first state wherein the normally using operation surface of the control panel 5 forms a front surface and a second state wherein the surface except the control surface of the control panel forms a front surface. When, in the middle of movement of the control panel 5, the control panel 5 is brought into an approximately horizontal state, the rotation axle 5a is positioned at the end of a movement range. A drive mechanism chassis 1 to support a mechanism to drive the control panel 5 is horizontally movably supported by the horizontal guide grooves 20a and 20a of a fixed chassis, and the horizontal position of the rotation axles 5a of the control panel 5 is regulated by the horizontal guide groove 20b of the fixed chaises.
