<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vaccine composition excellent in immune responsiveness and synergistic effects and useful for prevention of infectious disease, etc., of a poultry by including inactivated immunogen derived from an avian pathogen and an adjuvant, and further an alive chicken anemia virus (CAV) immunogen. SOLUTION: This vaccine composition comprises (A) one or more kinds of inactivated immunogen derived from an avian pathogen such as new castle disease virus and ineffective bronchitis virus, (B) an adjuvant such as water-in-oil type emulsion, and further (C) a CAV immunogen. further, the inactivated immunogen is preferably emulsified in the emulsion.</p> |
