Accordingly, by controlling the negative electrode specific surface are per unit weight of an active material layer excluding a metal foil so as to be 0.5m<2> /g or more and 2.0m<2> /g or less, it is possible to realize excellent discharge characteristics as keeping high degree safety and reliability.
