PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reading of record information of an IC chip and inspection of the chip even when conduction of a conducting route from a chip terminal to a surface terminal is interrupted. SOLUTION: An IC chip 12 is disposed on a rear surface side of a terminal board 3 to constitute an IC module. Right and left chip terminals 13b, 13a of a chip terminal 13 of the chip 12 have the same function, and the terminals 13b, 13a also have the same function. Similarly, the terminals 13 having the same function are disposed one each at right and left sides. The terminals 13 are connected to a plurality of through holes 5 opened at the board 3 via liens 15 of a wiring pattern 14. The two adjacent upper and lower holes 5 are formed adjacent to one of a front surface terminal at a front surface side of the board 3. The front surface terminal is conducted with any of the two holes 5, and connected to any of the terminals 13 having the same function from the front surface terminal. |
