PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting type power supply unit in which a battery can be replaced with a simple structure and operation, and the battery can be mounted without the occurrence of power supply interruption in replacing. SOLUTION: A battery 11 is equipped with a plurality of straight line-like linear electrodes 14 reaching both ends on one side face, and a cutout 15 set at one place on the other side face. A battery mounting chamber 12 has such a shape as the battery 11 can pass through so as to be free in attaching and detaching, and has a linear electrode 16 which slidingly contact the linear electrodes 14. A battery hold portion 13 comprises an engaging hook 17 which protrudes from the inner wall face of the mounting chamber 12 and is engaged with the cutout 15 of the battery 11, a support hook 18 which supports the bottom face or the top face of the battery, a coupling rod 19 which couples both hooks 17, 18 so as to be in parallel, and a spring 20 which is an elastic body biasing the coupling rod 19 so that both hooks 17, 18 protrude from the inner wall face of the mounting chamber 12. |
