PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of printed paper sheet processing by supporting a feeding mechanism by means of a lever mechanism rotationally on a closed track above a turntable. SOLUTION: Below a turntable 3, a lever driving mechanism 5 is arranged at a certain interval from the turntable 3. The lever driving mechanism 5 is provided with two rods 20, which are opposed to each other in the diameter direction with respect to a rotary shaft 24 and are extended in the vertical direction so as to form a feeding mechanism, so as to feed out a stacking body 1 on which printed paper sheets 1a are stacked. Each of these rods 20 is fixed in an arm through its upper one end respectively so as to be supported rotationally on an endless or closed ring type track W. In this way, processability of printed paper sheets 1a can be improved, and function reliability of the device can be accomplished.
