<p>The furnace contains the vat (1) with the horizontal axes (zz') closed by the arch (1') and this vat has the bottom (2) creating the crucible (3) coated with fire resistant material, while in the arch (1'), there is a hole created which is used for continual iron scrap supply incoming to the furnace (1) however it also contains group of arch electrodes (4) containing at least one electrode passing to the vat (1) through the arch (1') together with a group of crucible electrodes (8) to create at least one electric arc (15) and to melt this iron scrap and to create melted-metal melt (10). The group of electrodes (4) closed to the arch is moved to one side of the axis (zz') of the vat (1), the group of electrodes (8) closed to crucible and the hole (12) for supply of iron scratch are moved to the opposite side and the backward lines (9) connected to the crucible electrodes (8), and they are located under the surface (2A) of the vat, and this surface is created based on material permeable material as for magnetic point of view, and they are located to the surface (2A) as nearest as possible, while they a re oriented of the above mentioned electrodes (8) towards the second pole of the surface (23), round the appropriate geometric axis of gravity, on which the appropriate electrode (4) of the arch is located.</p> |
