<p>This patent describes a derivative called 1,5-diiodide- -[2S,R]-3-oxapentane with a general formula (I), where X means alkyl group with 1 up to 6 carbo atoms having a direct or branched chain or benzyl group, as the intermediate product used for the production of antracycline glycosides playing role of active substances in pharmaceutical compositions with an expected efficiency against tumors. This patent also describes a procedure related to the preparation of 1,5-diiodide-[2S,R]-3-oxapentane so that, a compound with a general formula (II) is being oxidised with the use of periodate, dialdehyde derivative is reduced, dihydroxyderivative is being sulphonated and a created sulphone derivative is undertaken to the reaction with iodide compound.</p> |
