<p>This patent describes 2,9-disubstituted 4H-pyridol[1,2-a]- -pyrimidin-4-ones with a general formula (I), where Alk means alkandiyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, D represents bicyclic heterocycle with a general formula a, b or c, where R1 represents alkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyalkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyl alkyl group, carboxyl group and alkyl carbonyl group with 1 up to 10 carbon atoms in the first alkyl rest and with 1 up 10 carbon atoms, in the first alkyl rest with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms in the second alkyl rest, R2 always represents carbon atom or alkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, R3 represents alkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyalkyl group with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms or methyl group, which is substituted by phenyl group, 5-methyl-2-furyl group or 3-pyridyl group and R4 represents alkyl group with 1 up 3 carbon atoms, phenyl group, 5-methyl-2-furyl-group or 3-pyridyl group, additional salts suitable from pharmaceutical point of view and isomeric forms from stereo chemical point of view, the procedure related to their preparation and antipsychotic pharmaceutical means based on these compounds.</p> |
