PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image-forming device by which an image is formed by a plurality of image-forming wavelength bands. SOLUTION: The image-forming system 10 to form a image on a base surface with a plurality of image-forming wavelength bands is provided with a removable light beam generating module 36, a rotary mirror 34, and a controller 26. The light beam generating module 36 generates an image-forming beam, in response to a light beam command signal. The image-forming beam has any wavelength of a plurality of image-forming wavelength bands. The light beam generating module 36 sends an image-forming beam along a prescribed path and generates a wavelength signal, denoting an image-forming beam wavelength. The controller 26 receives the wavelength signal and generates a light beam command signal in response to the wavelength signal. The light beam command signal controls generation of the image-forming beam according to a prescribed pattern to form an image on the base.
