<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of a photointerrupter and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A photointerrupter 20 is comprised of first or second aggregate substrates 22, 23, whereon a light-emitting element 3 or a photosensitive element 4 is mounted. First or second molded items 25, 26 which have a flat bottom part equal to half a gap and wherein a through-hole 24 is formed in a position for storing a sealing resin part 21 and first or second slit boards 28, 29, wherein a slit 27 which becomes an optical path of both the element 3, 4, is formed. Two slit boards 28, 29 are bonded to a bottom part of the two molded items 25, 26, and the two aggregate substrates 22, 23 are bonded to a lower surface opposite to the slit boards 28, 29, respectively by adhesive by an adhesive 30. Thereby, first or second aggregates 31, 32 at a light-emitting side or a photosensitive side are constituted and overlapped each other integrally by the adhesive 30, so that both the elements 3, 4 of the two aggregates 31, 32 face each other and positions of the slits 27 correspond to each other through a specified gap G. A photointerrupter 20 is manufactured by dividing it by dicing.</p> |
