PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer toner having improved cleaning effect by forming small associated bodies generated by coagulating specified fine particles and constituting a polymer toner of each single toner particle having a specified particle size and uncertain shape. CONSTITUTION:Associated particles are prepd. by forming primary particles having <=10mum, more pref. <=7mum, most pref. <=5mum particle size by suspension, flocculating said particles by carrying out polymn. simultaneously, then, pref. by proceeding the polymn. further to some extent. The associated particles have uncertain shape and provide a polymer toner consisting of particles having 5-25mum particle size. A polymer toner is produced from such polymer consisting of each single particle having uncertain shape. Thus, cleaning effect of a polymer toner is improved when such toner consisting of such particles is used. |
