PRODUCTION OF HUMAN CYTOCHROME P-450

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the efficient production of an active-type human cytochrome P450 by a gene recombination technique. SOLUTION: A fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe is transformed with a recombination vector containing a structural gene region coding for human cytochrome P450, the obtained transformant is cultured and the produced human cytochrome P450 is recovered.
