A compact, automatic bread-baking machine which has a body section, a leg section and a switch box section. The body section has an internal detachable cooking container, an agitator capable of being suspended from the top of the body within the cooking container, an air vent unit, a temperature detector, an electric heater, and a heat-insulated box having an internal illumination lamp. The switch box section has an agitator motor (26), or a double-pole double-throw toggle switch (31) for alternately operating a rotary time switch (TS). The rotary time switch (TS) has electric heaters (19 to 21), an air vent unit solenoid valve (25), and an arm actuator (13) rotatably sliding around inner and outer concentric circular conduction switch pieces so as to operate the motor (26) through delay relays (14 to 18). |
