Coffin for transport and cremation - mfd. by pressing, deep drawing or vacuum forming hard thermoplastics sheets

To supply e.g. a number of coffins after a mass disaster the coffins are mfd cheaply and may serve as an inner coffin. Hard inflammable plastics sheet are pressed, deep drawn or vacuum formed, to produce a coffin which has a reinforced self-supporting bottom. The bottom material is heavier, to provide stability and rigidity. The configuration is such that several coffins may be stacked on top of each other. The snap-on rimmed lid is airtight. Recessed handgrips may be incorporated. Material may be polystyrene, or polypropylene.
