The screen (22) comprises a material which makes it hard and difficult to handle the cable when installing it in walls. The box (1) is preferably of an electrically insulating material, such as plastic, and is provided for fitting on the exterior of a base. It has a bottom plate (11), a side surface (12) and a lid (13). Two through holes (14,14') are orientated in the side surface and/or lid and are suitable for the passage of a cable (2). A coupling plinth (15) or similar is suitable for connecting one or more electrically conductive conductors (21,21') forming part of the cable. In order wholly or partly to screen an electro-magnetic field produced by an alternately working current within the cable, an electrically conductive rail or similar is connected to the box (1). At least one of the through holes (14) is provided with a connecting stirrup which is made of electrically conductive material. |
