The lever (12), by which the hand guard (11) is fastened on the motor casing (10), has a first connecting element (14) designed to interact with a second element (15) fixed to the brake. The two elements form a releasable claw coupling. The second element is functionally connected to a linkage mechanism (18). This keeps the brake in its inoperative position and has to be operated to activate the brake.
