This invention refers to a device to manufacture a rigid transversal link between two rods for column osteosynthesis, comprising two linking and locking elements (30); each one including two derivations (33, 34) separated by a central channel (35); each derivation forms a hook which defines a bearing (33a, 34a) for a rod (10a, 10b); and bearings are in front of two faces opposed to linking and locking element; device also comprises a transversal linking element (20) between two linking and locking elements (30); thereby each linking and locking element can be coupled upon a rod which receives associated rod in its central channel, and then can be spun to fasten associated rod in both derivation bearings; according to the invention, transversal linking element consists of a bar (20) which can be longitudinally slid throughout channels, once they are substantially arranged in alignment among them, and respective latching members are also provided to match with each linking and locking element (30) to splice such bar (20) between rod (10a, 10b) and channel band (35a) and thereby providing fastening.
