Disclosed is a finger-pressure functionating health-aid instrument for improving blood circulation in the human body including a body, having a space portion formed inside; a lower cap, inserted in the lower part of the body, having a space portion formed inside, and having a guide portion formed communicable with the outside; an anion discharge element, fixed in the upper part of the space portion of the lower cap, and which discharges anions; a bio-ceramic, formed above the space portion of the lower cap and surrouding the upper and outer part of the anion discharge element, and which emits far infrared rays; a germanium compound, formed layered above the bio-ceramic; an upper cap, formed fixed with the upper part of the body space portion; a permanent magnet, fixed under the anion discharge element; and a pressure member, fixed contacting the lower face of the permanent magnet, and which contacts directly with the skin in the desired treatment area and projects anions and emitting rays.
