Cash transaction machine

The cash or payment transaction machine allows access by identification by means of a hand scanner window (11,12,13) or finger scanner window for scanning one or more, up to 10 finger prints of one or more people after inputting one or more identical chip cards or magnetic cards with identical account numbers by comparing the scan data with a central data bank. The machine preferably also has a cash output (5). The machine may also have a computer (8,9) with a monitor (2) and keyboard (4) allowing forms, information and personal data to be displayed and printed. The machine may have an automatic horizontally movable cover with a keyboard on the upper side over a stationary scanner window. The cover covers and protects the scanner window and opens to reveal the window after a card has been inserted.
