<p>The invention concerns a method for controlling gearbox input torque of a road vehicle comprising a computer for engine control which determines the total power available in output of the vehicle engine, a computer for air conditioning capable of assessing the power consumed by the air conditioning system on board the vehicle, and a computer for transmission managing the transmission control, characterised in that the engine control computer transmits to the transmission control computer an available engine torque value taking into account the torque consumed by the air conditioning system.</p> |
