The invention refers to a coupling device for a tube comprising a bushing portion, having at least a portion end inserted in tube, and a suitable plugging piece to provide a plugging around tube inserted inside bushing portion. Plugging piece comprises a plurality of substantially identical elements in sliding contact, forming part of a substantially closed ring. Elements radially increase in thickness. Further, pressure means are provided to compress elements against tube.
