<p>Methods, apparatus and products are provided in which a building structure is fabricated from a sheet (10) by placing grooves (22, 24 and 26) in two sides of the sheet during a single pass, the grooves (22, 24 and 26) at least partially define multiple sections (10A, 10B, 10C and 10D), and then folding up at least two of the sections at one or more of the grooves (22, 24, and 26) to form one or more joints (28 and 32A). In preferred embodiments, the building structure comprises a countertop (10) having a backsplash joint (28) and an overhanging edge joint (32A), and in especially preferred embodiments the building structure comprises a plastic solid surfacing material.</p> |
