PURPOSE:To prevent granular powder from forming into an arch or a pipe by dividing a hopper into plural stages, connecting vibrators to the respective divided hoppers, and operating the vibrators sequentially from the vibrator for the lower hopper to the vibrators for the upper hoppers. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 1 is divided into plural stages 2, 3, 4, and the divided hoppers are sequentially connected to each other like a nest in multistage through elastic bodies 15, 16, 17. The hoppers 2, 3, 4 of each stage are individually provided with vibrators 18, 19, 20 so that vibration is applied to the hoppers sequentially from the lowermost hopper to the stage for restarting outflow. In this arrangement, vibration is applied to a portion where granular powder is formed like an arch or a pipe and jammed, which can immediately clear the jam so that outflow of granular powder can be quickly restarted without useless application of large vibration. |
