The invention describes a toy doll and hanger assembly including a bar member having a first end, a second end, a first embossed flange, extending outwards, around first end, and a second embossed flange, extending outwards, around second end; a toy doll covered over bar member, having a lining, a first hole and a second hole through lining, corresponding to first end and bar member second end; a first cap secured to bar member first end and a toy doll first hole to fasten periphery of toy doll first hole, allowing toy doll first hole periphery to be fastened between first cap and first flange, which extends outwards, from bar member; a second cap secured to bar member second end, and toy doll second hole, to fasten periphery of toy doll second hole, allowing toy doll second hole periphery to be fastened between second cap and second flange, which extends outwards, from bar member; and hanging means detachably connected to second cap.
