<p>The invention concerns methods for measuring the Doppler shift of the echoes of a sensor system. It consists in modulating the frequency of the transmitted pulses of this system by a pseudo-hyperbolic function so that a limited number of copies of the transmission signal can be used for carrying out the correlating operations at reception followed by an interpolation. The invention is useful for simplifying sonar and radar receptors.</p> |
