The invention refers to solid oral preparations of iphosphamide in the form of the capsules where the mixture for the capsules primarily consists of the active ingredient iphosphamide and microcrystalline cellulose or in the form of the tablets that in ration to one mass proportion of iphosphamide contain 0.1-1.0 mass proportion of tri-calcium phosphate and 0.04-0.4 mass proportion of polyethylene glycol and additionally in proportion to the mass of the tablet 5-60 % (mass proportion) of a filler and a substance for the regulation of flow characteristics, 1-10 % (mass proportion) of a decomposer, 0.1-10 % (mass proportion) of the substance for the prevention of sticking and 0.1-80 % (mass proportion) of a binder.
