The system has several processors (P1-Pn) with defined clock rates operated in parallel to achieve operating results. A device per processor forms a state signal or neurohormonal signal dependent on the current and/or preceding result and/or current input signals of each processor with a time characteristic slowed w.r.t. the clock rate of that processor. A further device (3) or hormone master produces a control signal or hormonal signal dependent on the state signal for access to the processor's operating cycle independently of the clock rate of the processor.
