The hopper consists of a tank (1), which carries, in the lower region, an Archimedean screw (17), which is driven by a motor (19), and is designed to transfer the agricultural products, stored in the hopper, towards the downstream extremity of the screw and to eject the products from the hopper, through the distribution orifice (16'). The screw is held in position, on one hand by means of a central core of the screw and on the other hand, at least at the downstream end of the screw, by means of a peripheral support, which consists of cylindrical elements (23, 23'), which are mounted parallel to the axis of rotation (uu') of the screw.
