The proposed marker material is intended for use in layingdown thick layers of between 1 and 3 mm in thickness and has alow-viscosity colouring substance content of 40-60 wt %. Thecolouring substance consists of a quick-drying binding agent basedon an anion-stabilised emulsion polymer, pigments, powder fillersand standard additives. The remaining weight percentage isaccounted for by coarse fillers with a particle diameter of 0.1mm. The total solids content is approximately 87-93 wt %. Theextremely low proportion of volatile substances and the presenceof the quick-drying binding agent reduce the drying times of themarkings once applied to a fraction of the time required forconventional formulations and prevent cracks from forming.10 claims
